BOXFIT co-ed classes goes beyond traditional heavy bag workouts by offering a unique approach to boxing fitness and striking endurance, setting us apart from other gyms in the area! While heavy bag workouts are common, this class integrates a variety of equipment including heavy bags, reflex bags, and weights — while emphasizing the crucial role that striking endurance plays in self-defense. In addition to honing your boxing skills, BOXFIT incorporates partner work, full-body exercises, and fitness boxing to have fun while perfecting punches. As overall fitness is key to effective self-defense, this class also builds endurance, cardio, and strength in a safe and uplifting environment.
Women's Combat Camp

Our Women’s Combat Camp (WCC) small group is a fusion of high-intensity cardio training and self-defense techniques tailored specifically for women. In this class, we recognize the importance of endurance for women’s self defense. While men may have inherent physical advantages, such as size and strength, technique and endurance play a crucial role in leveling the playing field. Scientifically, females tend to outperform males in endurance training, making it a valuable asset in self-defense situations where stamina is key. WCC is designed to build both physical endurance and confidence through a balanced combination of cardiovascular workouts and practical self-defense maneuvers.
